CREATION - PRODUCTION
Creating local jobs and promoting our gastronomy and ancestral know-how of the Basque Country has always been one of our priorities. We started with the Kupela adventure, in 2015, through a partnership with a Basque cider producer, Agustin Etxeberria, in Astigarra, in the South Basque Country. We wanted to reinvent Sagardo, the traditional Basque "apple wine".
After this first successful experience, we created a few different craft, quality, original brands of beverages in a spirit of generosity and innovation.
Since 2020 we acquired a production site in bardos and we are now producing craft juices as well as Basque cola.
